Thank you for choosing imcoded Web App for your one-on-one coding classes. We strive to provide a high-quality educational experience and your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Cancellation and Refunds

1.1. If you decide to cancel your one-on-one coding class before it has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund. To request a cancellation and refund, please contact our customer support team at support@imcoded.com with your cancellation request.

1.2. If you cancel a scheduled coding class after it has commenced, a refund may not be provided. However, we will review such requests on a case-by-case basis and consider factors such as the circumstances of the cancellation and the progress made during the class. 1.3. In the event that imcoded needs to cancel a coding class, we will offer a rescheduling option at your convenience.

No-shows and Late Cancellations

2.1. If you fail to attend a scheduled coding class without prior notification or provide a late cancellation (less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time), you will not be eligible for a refund. Our instructors allocate their time and resources for each scheduled class, and such actions result in missed opportunities for other learners.

2.2. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider rescheduling the missed class at our discretion. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your situation.

Technical Issues

3.1. We strive to provide a seamless online learning experience. However, in the event of technical issues on our end that significantly impact the quality of the class, we will either reschedule the class or provide a refund, based on your preference.

3.2. If technical issues arise from your end, such as internet connectivity or device problems, we recommend troubleshooting and contacting our customer support team for assistance. Refunds may not be provided in such cases, but we will make reasonable efforts to support you in resolving the technical issues.

Refund Processing

4.1. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 days after the confirmation of the refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

4.2. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on the policies of your financial institution.

Non-transferability

5.1. Refunds are issued to the original learner who made the payment and is non-transferable to other individuals.
